Qualifications
What does MSBR look for in a rental application?
- A minimum of 1 year of current, verifiable rental history
- Income is 3x the rent
- No eviction filings in past five years
- Stable income history
- No open bankruptcies and no more than one bankruptcy filed in the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to turn on or transfer utilities
What documents are required to complete the application?
- Proof of positive rental payment history
- Recent utility bill owing less than $400
- State ID, Driver's license, or passport
- Social Security card or tax identification
How important is credit?
We do not require a certain credit score. However, we do wish to see positive credit references and wish not to see:
- Rental Property judgments
- Repossessions
- Utility Collections
- Bad Checks

Application Fee
- Zero! No fee to apply!
Security Deposit
- The security deposit will reserve the house for up to 2 weeks. Within that time frame the lease should be signed and move-in costs paid or security deposit may be liquidated.
- Due to processing time, security deposit cannot be paid online, and must be paid at an accepting Rent Money location.
First Months Rent
- Full rent is to be paid on or before the move in date
- Second months rent will be prorated based upon move in date
- Due to processing time, first month's rent cannot be paid online, and must be paid at an accepting Rent Money location.
- Common Rent Money locations include Ace Cash Express, Kroger, Wal-mart, or Superlo. A small service fee may apply.
