SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Mid South Best Rentals ("MSBR", "we", "us", or "our"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, or by texting one of our published numbers, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://midsouthbestrentals.com/privacy-policy.

1) Program Description

When you opt in, MSBR may send you SMS/MMS text messages related to your interest in, or relationship with, our rental and property management services. Message types may include:

Message and data rates may apply for each message sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MSBR is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier. For questions about your plan or rates, contact your wireless provider.

5) How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again as you did originally.

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us using the details in Section 9 below.

7) Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8) Privacy

We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information, including mobile numbers.
